Your privacy is a primary concern to us at Creative Computing. Our goal in expanding and clarifying our policy on the collection and use of customer data is to ensure the highest level of confidentiality and security.

When you provide your personal information to Creative Computing (such as name, address, phone number, company name, or the products you are shopping for or purchasing) we will not use this for marketing or solicitation purposes nor will we give or sell your individual information to any outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and it will be used only to support your customer relationship with Creative Computing. Additionally, internal practices help protect your privacy by limiting employee access to and use of customer data.

When Creative Computing asks for customer information, it is done with the goal of improving the relationship between Creative Computing and the customer. Online shop

Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Solo We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. We use 128 bit encryption methods to ensure total privacy and security when placing your order.

Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

As a secondary precaution, we can only accept orders from the cardholder and dispatch the good to the cardholders address, who must be present with the credit/debit card to sign receipt of the goods.

Delivery

Deliveries are only available in the UK

Normally orders received before 2pm will be processed for dispatch next working day, subject to stock status. carriage is charged at 6.95gbp, All delivery discrepancies should be reported to Customer Services within 10 days to commence investigation and, where applicable, instigate our claims process.

Backorder

In the unlikley event your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, backordered items normally take upto 5 working days to be delivered.

Tax Charges

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
