GDPR privacy policy

As you are no doubt aware, a new data protection law referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will apply from 25th May 2018. The GDPR has a direct impact on how we transact business with our customers, as we often handle, store, have sight of or otherwise process personal information, which they send us. It is therefore important that we both understand and fulfil our obligations towards each other under GDPR. In order to accommodate the GDPR, Creative Computing (Scotland) Ltd has updated our Privacy Policy. This is to not only incorporate the GDPR changes but also to simplify the terms. You can find a copy of our Privacy Policy HERE

There is no direct action required from you as a result of these changes. The revised Privacy Policy will automatically be incorporated into, and be deemed to be accepted by you on, all orders & communications you have with us from 25th May 2018
