Our technical support is provided free of charge and relates only to products purchased and are within the 1 year warranty period from Creative Computing.

All Computer systems purchased from Creative Computing carry a lifetime telephone technical support warranty.

When calling technical support please have your Invoice and product at hand, our technical staff require your invoice number (located in the top right hand corner) before technical support can commence. SUPPORT WILL NOT BE OFFERED WITHOUT THESE DETAILS. You can also email your questions to: tech@creativecomputing.net Please include as much information as possible about the problem you are experiencing, and the steps you have taken so far, also include your invoice number and date of purchase.
