    If your MacBook or iMac has a fault, we can repair it!

    Our daily work includes repairs to screens, keyboards, hard drives, memory and the operating system, iOS. Larger repair jobs, such as motherboard replacements, are often substantially cheaper than purchasing a new computer and the result can keep you going for many years.

    As you’ll understand, this depends on the job. Typically we start work within twenty four hours of receiving your computer, sooner if it’s urgent. Diagnosis usually takes one to four hours, repairs typically a similar amount of time. We keep many parts in stock for most Apple computers, but if we have to order a part in we normally have it within two working days.

    We offer fixed price services for most common repairs, keeping the costs down for you. We will normally examine your computer and provide a price for repair before committing you to spending a penny.

    For complex jobs where exact costings may be difficult to define, our technicians will agree with you a framework on how to proceed so there are no nasty surprises. We will never give you an unexpected bill.

    Other stores may promise this, but we know from experience that most repairs take at least an hour to diagnose and cost, and at least an hour to repair and test; this is a long time to wait!

    Occasionally a job may be straight forward and quick enough that, after a phone consultation with you, our technicians may volunteer to do the work whilst you wait: this is on the understanding that if the expected problem is not the case you will either need to leave the computer with us, or book it in for a more convenient time.

    Our repair centre is open six days a week, so we can usually do the work at a time that will suit you. If your schedule is particularly tight phone us to discuss your requirements, we will find a way to help.
