Wanted to share some kind words after my experience with creative computing. I have a custom desktop computer that I built myself (not my first one mind you), and after a year of smooth sailing had to deal with something no owner wants to - I had a hardware issue I could not manage to solve myself, as I had no suitable spare parts to test with. I'm lucky enough that we have an independent shop in Glasgow that assembles custom PCs themselves, and this boosted my confidence in that they could correctly diagnose the issue. They correctly diagnosed that the CPU failed, and soon after I sent it off for a warranty claim to AMD, who provided me with a replacement at no charge. I am now typing this from the same PC, thanks to CC being able to correctly diagnose which part failed, at a very fair price. They even provided me a socket protector for the motherboard while it sat empty, and a plastic clamshell to safely ship the defective cpu in. I reached out to creative Computing straight away as they have always been great in the past. They were able to take the laptop in that same day and it was ready the next day or the one after. The screen had been replaced recently and it was replaced under warranty which was even better.
