    Phone Maintenance

    We’re undergoing maintenance to our phone system which is taking longer than expected. We’re aware some customers are experiencing problems with dropped calls, or even just getting through. This is very frustrating to both you and us, and we’re working hard to resolve the problems quickly. In the meantime, if you’re getting problems, why not drop us an email and we’ll get back to you promptly.     We have updated our opening hours starting from 1st May!

    Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 5:30pm

    Saturday: 10am – 4pm

    Sunday: Closed

    We have also changing our bank holiday opening hours as of today:

    Bank Holidays: Closed

    Exception for Boxing Day: 12pm – 4pm

    Happy Birthday to us!

    Today marks a very special day in our history. Today we celebrate our 25th year in business!

    It’s strange to think that the shop is now older than some of our members of staff!

    We’d like to take a moment and thank all of our customers, staff and partners for an incredible 25 years, your support toward this local business is greatly appreciated.

    We plan on continuing to provide essential local IT supplies and support for many years to come, we hope to see you all again soon and thanks again for your continued loyalty and support.

    Webstore

    New look, new features, new era

    We’re pleased with the work going on in our new webstore. Very shortly we’ll be able to launch the store with the ability to see realtime stock levels on all of our product lines. You can still have our mail order and click and collect options as before, and with a greater variety of payment methods. The new webstore will allow us to give you more detail and information about our products than ever before. But this is just the beginning….

    Rolling out over the coming weeks we’ve got a lot of new features coming, starting with new pages for our systems and laptops, including a fully featured system configurator to allow you to design your system, just the way you want it.

    Many of you will be using Bullguard Internet Security or Premium Protection, products which we have sold for several years now.  We’ve sold these products as they have always had great performance in independent testing, are easy to use and live with, and come at a fair price.

    Some of you will already know that at the end of last year Bullguard’s parent company was purchased by Symantec and the Bullguard product will be moved into the Norton LifeLock range.  This means that eventually your Bullguard product will be replaced with Norton and you will no longer be able to purchase “Bullguard”.

    Right now all of your existing Bullguard subscriptions remain intact and there is no need for you to change anything, you are still receiving the same great protection Bullguard has always offered you.
